Dutch Girl by Laurie Large

This beautiful card was done by Laurie Large with our Dutch Girl Avery stamp.  The die cuts provide great shape and form to the paper while the floral embellishments accentuate the color pallet of the image.  The golden clogs, blonde braided hair, soft green and yellow tulips, and gray tones in the clothing are perfect for this image.  The pearls work well with the butterflies for added elegance.  Lastly, the gray ribbon bow makes a perfect final touch for this card.  You can see this card, as well as other products by Laurie Large by clicking HERE.

  1. Okay, this is one of the best cards I’ve ever seen. This is absolutely adorable. the papers are very pretty, the diecuts are very nice, the flowers are perfect, but what makes this card awesome is the image and how it’s colored. Laurie has far surpassed the perfection of coloring…I should call her master and kneel before her. (just kidding!) This image is colored so perfectly and the overall colors of this card are outstanding. We always think: more color. Well, Laurie has just shown me that there are times that less color is more. I’m saving this card image on my desktop to admire it longer and to keep studying it after I hit ‘post comment’ here. I want to remember this card and use it as inspiration. Hugs, Gail
